Current processing times for all orders is 2-3 working days.
Our working days are Monday-Friday. If you order something in the weekend or on a public holiday; it will not be processed until the next working day.
Orders will be dispatched in the order they are placed.
Some days are quicker than others to process, it just depends on how many orders there are each day.
You will receive an email notification once your order has been sent with tracking details. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking details to activate on the NZ Post website.
NZ Posts standard is over night (weekdays only) throughout the North Island and 1-3 days for the South Island.
Please allow an extra day or two for rural delivery.
All deliveries are sent through NZ Post with Signature Required (excluding sticker only orders). You are able to log onto the NZ Post website with your tracking number and provide authority to leave your parcel in a safe place.
Please ensure your email is correct to receive your order confirmation messages and your postal address is correctly entered, as we are unable to change your address once the courier is booked.
Courier Rates:
Larger item orders (which include the jewelry stands and birth detail signs), wholesale orders and large orders will require postage in our Large boxes.
If you have a custom order the does not fit into the shipping options; an alternate shipping option will need to be arranged prior to dispatch.
All other items (excluding sticker only orders) will be posted in our standard size boxes.
Sticker only orders
Sticker only orders will be sent via envelope. These do not come with a tracking number.
Stickers are package with a card backing to ensure they are not bent during transit.
Craft Cut does not take responsibility for your delivery or damage caused to your order in transit.
We do not send to P.O Box addresses.
