Care of your items
Polymer Clay Earrings
All our clay earrings are made from non toxic PVC polymer clay. This clay, although strong when baked, is not indestructible. It is important to take good care of your earrings. Do not bend them. Do not drop, handle them roughly or leave them banging around in your handbag. Avoid getting your earrings wet (please no swimming), keep away from perfumes and harsh chemicals.
Please store you earrings out of direct sunlight. Polymer clay is a porous material so if you need to clean your earrings, use a damp cloth.
Faux Leather Earrings & Faux Leather Hairclips
All our faux leather earrings and hairclips are made using a leatherette material. To take good care of your earrings and or hairclips, please ensure you spot clean gently with a damp cloth. Avoid any excess rubbing (especially with the glitter leatherettes).
Avoid getting your earrings and hairclips wet (please no swimming), keep away from perfumes and harsh chemicals. Please store your earrings and hairclips out of direct sunlight.
Sticker Decals (such as jar labels, car stickers etc)
Decal Application Instructions
1. Clean surface with rubbing alcohol and a clean cloth and let dry.
2. Carefully peel the white paper backing away from your decal.
3. Line decal up with where you would like on desired surface. Once happy, place onto surface.
4. Rub (using an eftpos card or applicator) the clear transfer and decal firmly (but carefully) to ensure the sticker has stuck to surface.
5. Slowly remove clear transfer at a 90 degree angle. This helps prevent the decal from lifting with it.
Allow 2-3 days to cure before hand washing.
Decal Care (after application)
Handwash item only. Not Dishwasher Safe.
Do not soak item for long periods of time.
Handmade Creations
All our earrings are made from either faux leather or polymer clay. This means a lot of time and hard work goes into each creation.
Polymer Clay Earrings
The clay must be conditioned, colour mixed, shaped and baked. It is then finished with sanding, and sometimes a gloss glaze or resin are added.
This means that there can be slight imperfections, although I try my hardest to remove any bumps, bubbles, prints and dust. This is the nature of handmade items and adds to their uniqueness and charm. I only sell pieces that I am willing to wear, or I would gift.
Oops items
Any items that I don't feel come up to a high-quality standard; will be listed as "oops" items. These will be sold at a discounted price.
The items listed are not affected functionality wise. They may have a slight imperfection that I am not happy with meeting my high standard. You may not even notice this imperfection yourself. It might be that the stud on the back of one earring, isn't quite level with its pair. There could be a small nick out of the side of a clay earring.
Safety Warning
Please DO NOT let your children play with or chew on your earrings, keyrings and bookmarks. These contain small parts and are a choking hazard.
Refunds & Returns
Change of mind refunds are not excepted. For hygiene reasons we cannot exchange or return worn earrings. If your earrings break in the first 30 days please email me on the 'contact us' page to chat about the best possible solution for everyone. If an earring breaks due to maltreatment, there will be no exchanges, so please refer to the care section.
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) are not eligible for returns.
'Oops' items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. These are sold as having imperfections, and do not affect the functionality for the buyer.

If your items arrive damaged, please email me immediately at [email protected]. Please be aware that you will need to retain photographs of all packaging to prove how it arrived to you, in its damaged condition.
If we have sent the wrong product in error, or missed an item, we will remedy this immediately. Please contact me via email: [email protected]
If you decide to return a product that is not faulty; Craft Cut is not obligated to give a refund. We can instead offer you a store credit.

Clearance items or sale priced items are non-returnable (unless faulty). We do not accept returns for gift card
Items can be returned under the following conditions:

You provide 'proof of purchase'

Goods must be in original condition, unused with packaging and labels intact.

Goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

Any shipping costs paid by you or charged to you are non-refundable.
If you wish to return an item by courier, this will be at your cost. All the terms and conditions of our returns policy must also be met.
We will process your exchange or refund within 10 working days of receipt of your parcel.
Craft Cut does not accept responsibility for items lost in transit while being returned. We recommend that you use a delivery service that provides tracking and delivery to the door.
